From AudiWorld.com Audi Wiki
Welcome to the AudiWorld.com Audi Wiki!
This is going to be a work in progress for a while, but we encourage people to use this WIKI for ANYTHING Audi related, such as Technical items (which will reside within each model's page, FAQ items, and more. The idea is to wrap the current Tech section, user FAQs, and any other useful information into this one location, which is searchable, and user-editable.
Please be patient as we ramp this WIKI up with new content. We encourage users to add content to this, so please, feel free!!! All users should have the ability to add pages. People who can edit their posts should be able to edit WIKI pages as well.. If any questions or help come up, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Here's a How To Add article, for adding an item to the WIKI
NOTE!!! There is a KNOWN bug with this wiki as it interfaces with the forum (which is where the WIKI gets your user authentication from) currently, it will not save changes/edits/etc on the first try most of the time. This is being worked on, but right now, there is no resolution. We know it WILL save eventually, just keep clicking save till it does. Even though the error suggests to log back in, that doesn't actually help, it just frustrates and wastes your time.
For any users who are having problems with the VB forums here on AudiWorld, please read the Using The AudiWorld Forums articles, they'll help you pick your preferred viewing style, sorting methods, and other things. Check back periodically as we're sure to be adding items to that section as features are added.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Over the years, our users have created many forum posts answering Frequently Asked Questions, and subsequently compiled FAQ posts in the forums. With the advent of this new WIKI, we thought it would be most beneficial to copy the FAQ threads here, to make them more permanent, and more easily accessed. In this section, you will find all of the FAQ articles that have been assembled over the years. Contributions are welcome, and in fact, ENCOURAGED!!
